US Buyers – Several of the top US men’s and women’s wear and accessories buyers and buying offices representing over 100 of the best specialty and department stores in the country will be the invited guests of Miami Fashion Week. A panel discussion for the designers will be held with major industry professionals to address the requirements necessary for doing business in the US.
Over 500 international registered media including magazines, newspapers, trade journals, radio television, cable and Internet outlets.
Concerts, nightclub parties and special events will be organized each night during the event.
A one-hour prime time Miami Fashion Week of the Americas television special produced by E! Entertainment Latin America on “Behind The Scenes” with several prime time encores throughout 2005.
A weeklong special series featuring the Miami FWA designers on Telemundo’s most famous morning network news show, De Mañanita.
The Miami Moda & Music Awards presentation will be the closing event in association with our media partners. Several award categories will include the Designer of the Year, Designer Choice, Terra New Model of the Year, Best of Show, Excellence in Haute Couture, Prêt-A-Porter Style plus several music awards to our performing artists.
